Your waterfront getaway, vacation-rental opportunity, or a little of both! Offered fully furnished, this updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo at Boca Ciega Resort & Marina pairs Boca Ciega Bay views with an established short-term rental history. Arrive with your suitcase, offer it for rent, or reserve time for yourself and rent it when you are away, subject to current association and occupancy requirements. Nightly stays are allowed with no lease restrictions. The open living and dining area extends onto a private covered balcony overlooking the bay and pool, an easy spot for morning coffee and unwinding after a day at the beach. The owner redid nearly everything: luxury vinyl plank floors, quartz countertops, a new backsplash, painted cabinets with new hardware, Delta faucets and new sinks, a Bath Fitter tub, a new water heater, new ceiling fans and lighting, new baseboards and trim, and custom blinds. The appliances, including the in-unit washer and dryer, were updated in 2023. Furniture, decor, two TVs, patio furniture and a fully stocked kitchen all convey. The $665 monthly HOA covers cable, internet, water, sewer, trash, building insurance, grounds, the pool and reserves, and the building passed its 2024 Phase 1 milestone inspection with no Phase 2 required. Amenities include a waterfront heated pool and spa, a fitness center, elevators, a 60-foot community dock with first-come slips, a fishing pier, kayak storage and launch, and grilling and picnic areas. One reserved covered parking space plus guest parking, and two pets up to 50 lbs are allowed. Madeira Beach is 7 minutes away, John's Pass 11 and Publix 6, with local dining, shopping and Bay Pines VA Medical Center close by. Schedule your private showing and see the water views for yourself!
